Abstract
100 mg tissue per 24 hours in the absence or presence of 10 mM celecoxib. OA IPFP released significantly more PGE2 and PGF2a compared to ACT IPFP. Culturing OA IPFP witgh 10 mM celecoxib (CXB) significantly reduced release of PGE2, PGF2a, PGFD2 and TBX2. Culturing ACT IPFP with 10 mM CXB reduced release PGE2, PGF2a, PGFD2 and TBX2, but statistically significance was not reached (N1⁄4 10 for OA IPFP with our without CXB and N1⁄46 for ACT IPFP with or without CXB).
