Abstract

Abstract In this article, we present some perturbation bounds for the Takagi vector matrix when the original matrix undergoes the additive or multiplicative perturbation. Two numerical examples are given to illuminate these bounds.

Summary

Introduction

Suppose that A is an n × n complex symmetric matrix. there exists a unitary matrix V of order n such that. The complex symmetric matrix can only be diagnoseable by the Takagi factorization. The Takagi factorization of complex symmetric matrices have many important applications; see e.g. The perturbation analysis for matrix factorizations plays an important role in the algorithms of the factorizations themselves and the problems involved with the factorizations. Many work of this topic on some matrix factorizations have been done; see e.g., [5, 6, 10,11,12, 18,19,20,21, 27, 31, 32].
