Abstract

Public communication is the type of communication intended to accompany the work of public institutions, with the primary purpose of satisfying the general interest. In general, the messages transmitted within this type of communication include public utility information designed to make citizens aware of the existence and work of public sector organizations. In the communication, information on the functioning and attributions of public organizations, the legality and the appropriateness of the decisions taken are communicated to the public, ensuring the transparency obligation of the public institutions.
