Abstract

Global nonproliferation and nuclear security and safety situation remains facing challenges—The global situation on nuclear non-proliferation, nuclear security, and nuclear Safety presently remains facing considerable uncertainties. The Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, although achieved some progress over the year 2018, still in the jeopardy of increasing tension escalations in the wake of the Hanoi Summit ending up without further agreements.
