Abstract

Personnel structure is one of the key issues for the command and management of the army. The unreasonable personnel structure may lead to serious problems. In this paper, we tried to explore paths to improve the organization’s personnel structure under the constraints of the law, by optimizing personnel decisions and simulating the flow process of the officers in the Chinese army. Four types of ideal pyramid structures were tested. The simulation model and algorithm of personnel structure improvement provide an effective solution for readjusting the personnel structure of the hierarchical organization.
