Abstract

In article number 1801372, Hongling Zhang, Zhenzhong Zhang, and co-workers show that, under local ultrasound treatment, nano Fe3O4 particles (∼10 nm) are released from Ce6/Fe3O4-L specifically within the tumor. Due to the excellent protein-bound efficiency and lymph node (LN)-targeting ability, endogenous tumor antigens are captured and transported to the LNs, thus potentiating cancer immunotherapy and providing personalized immunotherapy. The improved immune activation is synergistic with PD-L1 treatment.
