Abstract
A sample of 1,246 clergywomen in parochial ministry in the Church of England completed the short-form Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised. Of these 1,246 clergywomen 561 were in rural ministry and 685 were in non-rural ministry. The data demonstrated that clergywomen working in rural ministry were significantly more likely to be introverted than those in non-rural ministry.
