Abstract
目的 了解司法精神病鉴定中被鉴定犯罪嫌疑人人格特征和心理防御机制.方法对31名司法鉴定的犯罪嫌疑人及与之相匹配的31名健康正常人进行MMPI测试.结果13个基本临床量表T分,除L、K、Mf及Ma外,犯罪嫌疑人均高于正常人;因子量表T分中P、N、A犯罪嫌疑人均高于正常人,M因子分犯罪嫌疑人低于正常人;犯罪相关量表T分VL、CR、EC、DR、SA犯罪嫌疑人高于正常人;而心理防御机制分数RG、DP、PR犯罪嫌疑人(56.67±7.08,57.52±8.52,65.14±9.35)高于正常人(48.58±10.47,48.95±9.61,50.32±6.87).结论司法精神病鉴定中的犯罪嫌疑人人格特征偏离正常,且多采用不成熟的心理防御机制。
