Abstract
The present article is based on the personality evaluation from NeoAdlerian perspective (Frankl, Wexberg Titze, Berne). 1 will start presuming that human beings reveal their unconscious life plan or through their way of talking and certain non-verbal response habits which we call: psychological driving of small argument. The non-verbal behavior interpretation needs theoretical reference added by the author for a better underst andin g. Without talking in the name of Eric Berne's analytic theory and with the Neo Adlerian approach, the author reflects on sorne concepts related to the unconscious subject, the personality structure, the concept of finality in phycology and the counter-argument as the argument sophistication subject s: reformulating since a bio cultural approach whichthe human being interprets as a construction of double normativity.

RESUMEN En este artículo se aborda el tema de la evaluación de la personalidad desde la perspectiva neoadleriana (Frankl, Wexberg Titze, Berne). Parto por la presunción de que el ser humano revela su plan inconsciente de vida o "argumento" a través de su modo de hablar y por medio de ciertos hábitos de respuesta de predominante carácter no verbal que denominamos "impulsores psicológicos" del miniargumento. La interpretación de la conducta no verbal requiere de suficiente referencia teórica que el autor añade para su mayor comprensión. Sin la pretensión de hablar en el nombre de la teoría analítica de Eric Berne y con el recurso del enfoque neoadleriano, el autor reflexiona sobre algunos conceptos relacionados al tema del inconsciente, la estructura de la personalidad, la psicología de las finalidades y del contraargumento como sofisticación del argumento; temas que reformula desde un enfoque bio-cultural que interpreta al serhumano como construcción dedoble normatividad
