Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of personal struggle according to the physical patterns of the research sample to identify the relationship between personal struggle and the performance of the motor formation in your rhythmic gymnastics in the research sample The descriptive approach in the survey method and the correlational relations was used for its suitability to the research problem, as the research community reached 146 students, as the exploratory experiment sample was chosen by (15) students and (125) students were selected to conduct the main main experiment. The results were presented and analyzed, and the most important conclusions were reached: The members of the research sample in the muscular style had personal struggle, but the thin and fat types did not have personal struggle, and that personal struggle had a positive and effective role in performing the movement formation in your rhythmic gymnastics
