Abstract

This paper intends to make a case and create a new climate for Industry, Commerce and Government to support research, development and ultimateliy to build intelligent personal robots. In the paper the authors at first outline their vision by raising the most relevant principal questions regarding some important aspects for assistant robots (monoped, biped, multiped, spineped) design. There are also proposal for solutions of compliance, energy recuperation, low entropic wave-motion in any type of walking.
