Abstract

This is a case report of a previously healthy infant who presented with acute onset of lethargy and initially unexplained persistent sinus bradycardia. There were no signs of shock or congestive heart failure. The echocardiogram demonstrated normal myocardial function. An endomyocardial biopsy revealed florid myocarditis.
