Abstract
A 25-year-old G1P0 woman was diagnosed with a bicornuate uterus at the time of her routine anatomy scan at 20 weeks of gestation, with the fetus in the left uterine horn. On subsequent ultrasounds at 24, 28, 32, and 36 weeks of gestation, the fetus remained persistently in breech presentation. Options for delivery were discussed, including elective cesarean delivery and external cephalic version (ECV). Given the bicornuate uterus, the patient declined ECV. She gave birth at 39 weeks of gestation by elective cesarean delivery.
