Abstract
Water-soluble CuPc derivatives (TS-CuPc) have a self-assembly phase when present with PEDOT:PSS. In particular, a unique nano-mesh structure is formed in a thin film in which PEDOT:PSS and TS-CuPc are blended at a specific volume ratio. The nano-mesh structured thin film can be used as a hole transport layer of perovskite solar cell, and the efficiency of the device applied has increased efficiency and stability compared to the device to which pristine TS-CuPc or PEDOT:PSS films are applied.
