Abstract

Acute traumatic tears of the peroneal tendons are not uncommon but are frequently an overlooked clinical entity. Foot type may play an important role in guiding attention to this type of tendon injury. In this study, we report a case of isolated rupture of the peroneus brevis tendon in a 57 year old man with cerebral palsy.
