Abstract

The measurement of the dielectric constant of nanocrystalline materials at microwave frequencies using a biconical resonator is under consideration. Obtaining ZnO and ZnO:Mn (2%) nanocrystals is carried out under non-equilibrium conditions by the method of ultrasonic aerosol pyrolysis. Estimates of the dielectric constant of these samples in the range of 8–12 GHz were obtained. Dielectric constant estimates are 8,3±0,2 and 12,4±0,2, respectively.
