Purpose: Despite the troublesome nature of Peripheral Neuropathy (PN) and the possibility of irreversible complications, there is still no approved strategy for the treatment of PN. However, some atypical analgesic agents such as gabapentin, pregabalin, and duloxetine have beneficial effects.
