Abstract
Two unrelated girls with clinical and radiologic features of peripheral dysostosis havebeen studied. Though each girl had an advanced bone age, their heights were appropriate for their ages. Investigation of the pituitary-adrenal-gonadal mechanisms, of insulin and growth hormone responsiveness, and of thyroid and parathyroid functions did not show any significant abnormality.
