Abstract
Purpose: To describe a case in which large diameter corneal contact lenses (CL) were fit to a patient with asymmetric stage IV (RE) and stage I (LE) keratoconus (Amsler-Krumeich scale) to improve visual quality and comfort. Contact lens geometry was spherical-progressive, with four concentric radii obtained by a novel corneal characterization method based on Scheimpflug images (Oculus Pentacam HR®)
