Abstract
Large periorbital congenital melanocytic nevus is a pigmentary lesion larger than 4 cm with potential for malignant transformation. The authors report a clinicopathological study of a rare case of large periorbital congenital melanocytic nevus which underwent malignant transformation with metastasis to preauricular lymph nodes.
