Background As the ageing of the population,the number of patients with fragile pulmonary function underwent operation and anesthesia increase with years.Perioperative pulmonary function protection more and more get attention of Clinical doctors pay.Objective To learn factors affecting pulmonaryfunction and methods protecting pulmonary function.Content To review perioperative factors affecting pulmonaryfunction and corresponding methos protecting pulmonary function.Trend There are potential factors affecting pulmonary function during the perioperative period,perioperative protection of pulmonary function,prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications (PPC) is very important,which is powerful guarantee to promote fast recovery of patients.
