Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on neonatal esophageal atresia treated by correction under thoracoscopy. Methods 50 cases of neonatal esophageal atresia treated by correction thoracoscopy at our hospital from February, 2017 to March, 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, 25 cases for each group. Routine perioperative nursing and comprehensive perioperative nursing were used respectively. Results The clinical cured rate was significantly higher, the hospitalization time was significantly shorter, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal esophageal atresia with thoracoscopy, strengthening perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical cured rate, reduce postoperative complications, and shorten hospitalization time.
