Abstract
目的 探讨回肠膀胱术尿流改道者的围手术期护理要点.方法 对35例膀胱肿瘤行Bricker术尿流改道患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 术前的心理访视和造口定位可帮助患者从心理接纳到主动参与造口护理,术后早期使用造口袋,加强造口和尿液的观察,可及早发现并减少造口并发症的发生.结论 尿流改道者围手术期的人文关怀和全面质量管理对其顺利回归社会起到了至关重要的作用.应加强造口治疗师的培训,可帮助尿路造口者预见到可能发生的问题并给予处理,提高造口者的生活质量。
