Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing schema in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgeu.Methods From March 2011 to December 2013,we established comfortable nursing measures according to causes of postoperative discomfort in different stages for patients who had received modified radical mastectomy followed by immediate breast reconstruction surgery.Results There were four causes of perioperative discomfort in 22 patients who had received modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgery,including psychological,physical,social and environmental factors.Conclusions Perioperative implementation of comfortable nursing schema in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgery significantly improves the comfort level of patients,is helpful to rehabilitation,reflects self-worth of nurses,tightens the relationship between nurses and patients,ameliorates patients and their families' satisfaction on nursing service,and might further enhance social influence of hospital.
