Abstract

Objective: The blastocyst transfer using an embryo coculture program with human epithelial endometrial cells was introduce at our Institute in 1997. This program is used in IVF/ICSI patients and in the ovum donation (Ovodon) program, with a blastocyst formation rate of around 60% and an overall pregnancy rate of 47.08% in the last five years. Since the introduction of this coculture program we have register 139 deliveries with 199 live born infants. Our objective was to determine the perinatologic outcome of these deliveries between January 1997 and December 2001.
