Abstract

Objective To investigate the neonatal neurobehavioral ability and the associated perinatal factors. Methods 298 neonatal term infants were assessed by neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) which was established by Bao Xiulan. The information of the neonatal babies and their family was investigated by the self-made basic information questionnaire.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors with NBNA scores as dependent variable and 19 perinatal factors as independent variables.Results:99.33% neonates got through NBNA.Gestational weeks and emotion during pregnancy were positive factors whose partial regression coefficients were-0.41 and-0.33.The ages of pregnant women was negative factors in neonates' NBNA.Conclusions More gestational weeks and better mood during pregnancy can promote and higher ages of the pregnant women can negatively influence the development of neonatal neurobehavior. Key words: Neonate; Neurobehavior; Perinatal; Logistic regression model
