Abstract
A 63 year-old female with a recent history of symptomatic left internal carotid artery stenosis (ICA) status post left ICA stenting, and known asymptomatic right ICA stenosis presented with vision loss in the right eye. CT angiogram (CTA) demonstrated mild focal in-stent stenosis of the left ICA and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) arterial spin labeling (ASL) sequencing demonstrated decreased blood flow in the left cerebral hemisphere.
