Abstract

This study is made to maximize the performance levels of the employees, to learn about the viewpoints of the employees about the systems of evaluation and to determine by applying which performance criteria the success levels of the employees can be increased. According to the results of the inquiry, it’s seen that educated and experienced employees do not hesitate to have performance evaluation applications and they think that the execution of these applications is useful. It is found that especially the employees having opportunity of career and advance, care more about the performance evaluation applications than others. Employees in hotel enterprises do have anxiety about losing their jobs because of the immanent characteristics of the sector. Enterprises should establish performance evaluation applications to overcome this anxiety and to foster the employees to work
