Abstract

In the ATLAS Experiment at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, jets play a central role in many physics analyses. In the last years, the standard jet reconstruction method shifted away from jets built using only calorimeter information towards jets that additionally leverage tracking information, so-called Particle-Flow jets. In this note, two performance studies will be discussed. They evaluate the application of the local cluster weighting calibration scheme to the inputs of Particle-Flow jets and the use of single-particle uncertainties with Particle-Flow jets.
