Abstract

Fenestrated/branched endovascular aortic repair (F/BEVAR) is a well-recognized, effective treatment for complex abdominal (cAAA) and thoracoabdomoinal aortic aneurysms (TAAA). The Viabahn VBX (Gore Medical, Flagstaff, Ariz) and iCAST (Atrium Medical, Merrimack, NH) are two frequently used bridging stents for renal/visceral incorporation during F/BEVAR. However, data on their application during physician-modified F/BEVAR are limited. Thus, our study aims to compare the performance of VBX and iCAST across physician-created fenestrations during F/BEVAR.
