Abstract
• Calibration of the Xpert with viral stock dilutions was linear and reproducible. • Overall Xpert/ID-NOW positive agreement = 70% and negative agreement = 99.6%. • Sensitivity of ID-NOW for Xpert N2 CT ≤ 37 (viral loads ≥ 945 copies/mL) was 100%. • Sensitivity of ID-NOW for Xpert N2 for N2 CT > 37 was only 37.7%.
