Abstract
Performance of the SAW interdigital transducer with doubled Al electrodes placed on GaAs structures with submicrometre n-GaAs epitaxial layers was investigated. A novel mode of operation on even overtone frequencies of this tranducer was observed and the possibility of electronic controllable SAW phase shift of up to 180 degrees was demonstrated.
