Abstract

The measured performance of acoustic charge transport (ACT) based linear FM dispersive delay line filters is presented and compared to modelled performance. The excellent agreement between the theoretically predicted device performance and the measured results shows clearly that anodization of the nondestructive sensing array is an effective means for achieving weighted ACT filter responses.
