Cambridge, MA: Productivity Press, 1991 Stephen P. Sakai, Stephen P. Sakai Stephen P. Sakai is currently Manager of Business Systems, Processes, and Planning for Scott Paper Company in Philadelphia. He received his B.A. from the University of Washington (in accounting), and an M.B.A. from the University of Puget Sound. During his career with Scott Paper, he has held numerous positions in manufacturing accounting, including the Controllership of a manufacturing facility. Since joining the Corporate Staff Group, he has held several positions in planning involving work with the design and implementation of a new performance reporting system for manufacturing operations, new business performance measures, new incentive systems, and business process redesign and improvement.
