Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the perspectives and factors affecting management performance of companies in horizontal networks. The instrument used for the selection of articles was Proknow C-structured. As a result, 20 articles relevant to the research topic were found in the 13 selected articles from the databases. After, the systematic analysis of the articles, it was identified eight perspectives: economic/social, financial, customer, environment, social capital, process, growth/learning and collaboration beyond 25 factors. Such factors and perspectives will serve as an aid for managers to evaluate the management of a horizontal network and serve as a starting point for future studies.
