Abstract

This article describes results of a study on correlation between normative performance, motivation and personal qualities of the personnel of a state budget institution engaged in prevention of asocial behavior among young people. The study showed that there is no link between the normative performance criteria, motivational structure and personal qualities of the personnel, therefore, the criteria cannot serve as a basis for assessing the effectiveness of work activity.
