Abstract

Crisis management is a hot issue in recent years. Under the pressure of reality, crisis management of the government has aroused many scholars interest. Basing on the development of information technology, this paper aims to strengthen the research on government crisis management (GCM). Depending on the background of reform that informatization influences the traditional management of governmental crisis, we construct a performance evaluation index system of GCM which is based on the balanced scorecard (BSC), and give the weight of performance evaluation index of GCM through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Finally, we use multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of GCM in City A which is a provincial capital city in Southwest China, and give relevant policy recommendations.
