Abstract
Information security is important in all the domains. Image Processing is one such domain which has huge amount of information in the form of Digital images. To secure image data there are many ways, one of them is Image Encryption. In this paper we have presented a novel approach for Image Encryption. Randomness of Discrete Distributions along with MOD invertible operator is used for encrypting the image. A new Experimental parameter called as Peak Average Fractional Change in Pixel value is introduced. For analysis purpose, Image moments are also calculated
