Abstract

Orthogonl affine precoding and decoding (OAPD) channel estimation and data detection method is implemented in code division multiple access filter bank multi-carrier offset quadrature amplitude modulation (CDMA-FBMC/OQAM) system. In this method, the OQAM symbol matrix is postmultiplied by a precoder matrix and then the training sequence is supeimposed with it which is helpful during estimation and detection. In this paper the performance of the system is evaluated in terms of peak to average power ratio (PAPR), affine precoding and decoding training overhead.
