Abstract
The good development of city commercial banks is conducive to the stability of national economy, and the good financial performance has a higher promoting effect on the good development of city commercial banks. This paper uses the entropy weight method and rank-sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the financial performance of 17 city commercial banks from the four aspects of profit-making, risk, growth and business. Among them, the weight of business index is the largest, and in general, the performance of banks in the central and western regions is lower than that in the eastern region. Finally, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening supervision and preventing and controlling risks.
