Highlights
Heat sinks were investigated for Reynolds number varying from 50 to 250 and at constant heat flux
The results show that the volume fraction of nanoparticles and Reynolds number has major effect on microchannels heat transfer enhancement
It has been shown that heat sinks with minor channel dimensions has many industrial applications such as automotive and aerospace microchannel heat exchangers, cooling of high power electronic devices pumps [1], heat transfer for microelectronics cooling, condensation heat transfer, chemical reactions in microfluidic devices [2]
