Abstract

Summary from only given. Raman spectroscopy has an advantage for application to use in a multi-gas sensor in that the specific wavelength shift by one laser wavelength can be identified. However, it requires high power laser, to generate sufficient Raman signals. To miniaturize laser gas sensor, a simple diode pumped power build-up cavity (PBC) was reported. The PBC is consisted of anti-reflection (AR) coated low power laser diode, We will report the characteristics as coupled resonator. We will report and longitudinal mode and the frequency stability which the PBC is needed to apply to spectroscopy.
