Abstract

Background: Computed tomographic colonography (CTC) is a widely available whole-colon investigation. Most radiologists interpreting CTC are trained in the technique, but variability in their performance is unknown, as is the room for improvement with targeted interventions. We conducted a randomised trial to establish variation in interpretation accuracy and if structured training increases experienced readers’ sensitivity.
