Abstract

This letter investigates an achievable channel coding rate and mean delay of point-to-point energy harvesting wireless communication system with finite blocklength, which has vital practical interest. We get the achievable channel coding rate's exact formula and find it increases along with blocklength. Furthermore, the mean delay's lower-bound is also obtained.
