Abstract

Digital fingerprinting is a forensic method against illegal copying of digital contents. In this paper, a practical digital image fingerprinting based on the Boneh-Shaw scheme is analyzed using Design of Experiments (DOE). First, DOE is used to analyze and identify significant parameters that affect the performance of the digital image fingerprinting algorithm. Then, parameter tuning to optimize the performance against JPEG compression is carried out based on the significant factors obtained from the DOE analysis
