Abstract
The spectrum access scheme for secondary users(SUs) in heterogeneous cognitive wireless networks environment was studied. We propose a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) scheme based on SU’s priority in heterogeneous networks environment and analyze the system performance by queueing analytic method. The numerical results show that performance of our proposed scheme is better than the schemes without considering SU’s priority.
