Abstract

This paper presents the performance of adaptive linear multiuser detector in the presence of multiple access interference (MAI) and narrowband interference (NBI). Theoretical analysis and computer simulation in terms of bit error rate (BER) illustrate it can effectively alleviate the influence of MAI and NBI with slightly higher complexity than the conventional matched filter detector.
