Abstract
目的 探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术在骨质疏松压缩性骨折治疗中的作用.方法 自2005年1～10月收治骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者15例,共18个椎体.男9例,女6例;年龄59～76岁,平均65.7岁.全部患者均利用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗.结果 术后2～12 h 13例疼痛完全缓解,1例明显好转,1例疼痛改善.随访10个月～1.5年,平均1.1年.所有患者疼痛缓解,无严重并发症的发生.结论 经皮穿刺椎体成形术是一种较好的治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的方法,其缓解疼痛快、治疗时间短、创伤小、操作简单、并发症少。
