Abstract

This article presents a case of aortic root rupture after transfemoral aortic valve replacement, successfully treated by a percutaneous approach, with a good evolution of the patient both during hospitalization and in the long term, being asymptomatic at the cardiovascular level after 18 months of follow-up.
