Abstract
Introduction and aim: Cirrhotic patients with malignant main portal vein thrombosis (MMPVT) from Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) are excluded from any known curative treatment. Electrochemotherapy (ECT) is a non-thermal ablation of tumors. We treated prospectively, with ECT a series of patients with MMPVT.
